I have a rather public arm wrestling challenge this summer and despite being a very proud person, I need support for this. I’m an excellent arm wrestler but, I am up against an opponent that’s pretty good. I need some sort of support, coaching and practice. As you can see by the video below, arm wrestling is a very fine art. It requires technique and strength.
Challenge: So what to do?
I need a good practice regime and schedule to be in shape for summer. Any ideas? Are any of my friends into this?
I can imagine that this would be good for my overall fitness (which has deteriorated rapidly in the past 2-3 years) because if I’m doing any exercises for this, I may as well do a few others while I’m at it.
