Wireless control of drawbot

I am able to control the drawbot wirelessly now.

This will be a great help in running long jobs.

I will add the plumbing to do this from outside the lab (a little port forwarding and so forth).

I’ll add a Web cam so I can get a visual on it.

I have a few things on the drawing board. But I’ve been using remote desktop. You can do this from the same network or you can forward the right port on the router to do it from the outside.

    Hey Darcy!
I was wondering – could you provide some additional information on how you’re controlling your drawbot wirelessly?
FYI, I’ve built my own Polargraph/Mr. Drew inspired drawbot that I’m documenting here – http://makerblock.com/tag/drawbot/
    Thanks!
