After last week’s ModLab we had a fun after-social.

ModLab is more about fabrication and sharing but FabBlab is just talk.

Actually it’s generally very constructive. Last Wednesday we went to the Exchange at Rideau (Ottawa) where the environment is pretty good. (Atomic, Avant-Guarde and Highlander have high noise levels).

I brought a cube of rare earth magnets which were pretty fun. I took a few video snippets of some of the magnet experimentation that came forward.

Jewelry, animals, people, power transmission, dynamic and spinning things. Pretty cool stuff.
