My CNC machine got some damage in shipping.
I opened a case with them and they said that a person would get in touch with me. Nobody called and this was never fairly resolved.
I was able to repair much of the damage (at my own expense).
I now realize why the delivery guy was in such a rush to get out the door after it was delivered.
I told the operator at DHL that I had pictures and could email them and they said that the person assigned to investigate the case will be getting in touch me with an email to send them to.
They aren’t interested in discussing the shipping damage so I am posting the pictures here so that others can be aware (and to remind myself so I can be careful about which courier I use).
